This year has been a whirlwind of culinary creativity for IHOP, marked by its most extensive menu overhaul to date in April. Keeping up with this spirit, IHOP has now unveiled a unique, temporary menu inspired by the upcoming Warner Bros. Pictures’ film “Wonka,” starring Timothée Chalamet.

Available until January 7, the menu features nine imaginative items, such as “Wonka’s Perfectly Purple Pancakes” and the “Fantastical Wonka Burger.” Complementing this, IHOP is offering a promotion where kids under 12 eat free from 4-10 p.m. daily with an adult entrée purchase.

This ongoing novelty has bolstered IHOP’s market standing, differentiating it from competitors. The company has also introduced new items like a biscuit menu and pumpkin spice cold foam brew. John Peyton, CEO of Dine Brands, credits the refreshed menu for increasing customer trials and contributing to the brand’s sustained growth. He emphasizes the importance of leveraging these new offerings to maintain IHOP’s competitive edge.
